A growing sports/activewear company in Vista is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Bookkeeper to help manage their day-to-day financial activities. This is a unique opportunity to join a creative, fast-paced industry where you can showcase your accounting and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.

• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts regularly to maintain accurate records.

• Process payroll and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.

• Track inventory-related expenses and maintain accurate cost records.

• Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.

• Collaborate with the management team on budgeting and financial forecasting.

• Oversee compliance with all applicable financial laws and regulations.

  Requirements

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in retail or product-based industries.

• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) and Microsoft Excel.

• Thorough understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping best practices.

• Experience with inventory management is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

• High school diploma required; formal bookkeeping or accounting training/certification preferred.
