We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with general maintenance tasks, including HVAC systems, pool maintenance, appliance repairs, and basic painting. Experience in apartment maintenance is a plus. This position requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the property is well-maintained and running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs (HVAC, appliances, plumbing, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of property common areas
• Assist with pool maintenance and other facility-related tasks
• Handle minor repairs and touch-up painting
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure the safety and functionality of the property

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance experience, preferably in apartments or residential settings
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, pool maintenance, and general repairs
• Basic painting and appliance repair skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
