Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a General Office Clerk with our client in Waggaman, Louisiana. This role involves various clerical tasks including data entry, customer service, and document management. The successful candidate will be working on-site and will be an integral part of the operations.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process and enter data

• Provide clerical support to our team

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues

• Scan and organize documents in a systematic manner

• Maintain and update customer records regularly

• Utilize Microsoft Suite and Outlook for various tasks

• Ensure a strong work ethic and attention to detail in all tasks

• Learn and adapt to new software and systems as needed

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required

• Strong customer service skills are essential

• Must have experience with data entry tasks

• Organizational abilities, particularly with file management, are important

• Experience with scanning documents is necessary

• Should be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy are essential

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required

• Ability to work independently and within a team is crucial

• Must have a proactive approach to problem-solving

• High school diploma or equivalent is required, further education may be an advantage
