Richland County Highway Department is seeking an Equipment/Blade Operator;

The Richland County Highway Department is currently accepting applications for an Equipment/Blade Operator. This position will perform road and bridge maintenance and equipment operation at either the Level II or Level III position depending upon experience.

Salary range is $24.15 to $25.14 per hour.An excellent benefit package is provided including health, dental, vision, retirement and 13 paid holidays.

Preferred qualifications include possession of a valid North Dakota Class A or the ability to obtain a valid North Dakota Class A within 3 months of employment, and a minimum 2 years of recent highway construction and/or maintenance experience is preferred. All expenses to acquire CDL will be paid by Richland County. Requires moderate to heavy lifting of up to 60 pounds.
