Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician A to perform maintenance and repairs throughout our facility in Walker, LA.
Shift: Full-Time l Sunday-Wednesday 6:00AM-4:30PM 4:10s Pay: $25.00-30.00/HR based on experience and qualifications

Position Responsibilities:
Perform routine building maintenance tasks and repairs, and assist with inspections and tours of the facilities
Maintain interior and exterior property by painting and remodeling, building, installing, and assembling furniture
Monitor and maintain detailed records of activities, amenities, and modifications
Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks
Communicate daily with the Maintenance Manager and team regarding repairs, faulty operations, defective materials or parts, and incident reports when necessary
Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 3 plus years of related experience
Valid Driver’s License to operate applicable company vehicles
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Technical School Certification
