As a Facilities Management Manager with Banner Bank you will oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and improvement of the bank's facilities. This role ensures that all facilities meet safety, regulatory, and operational standards while supporting the bank's business objectives. The manager leads a team of regional facilities managers, coordinates facility-related projects, and manages workspace planning to optimize space utilization across all locations. In this role you'll have the opportunity to: Oversee the leasing, consolidation, maintenance and operations of all bank facilities, ensuring a safe and compliant environment that supports business goals. Lead and manage a team of regional facilities managers to ensure consistent operations across all locations. Implement workspace planning strategies that optimize space utilization and align with corporate real estate goals. Collaborate with corporate real estate and business leaders to align facilities management with the bank's strategic objectives. Manage facilities improvement projects, including renovations and new construction, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution. Oversee vendor and contractor relationships and vendor risk management, ensuring high-quality service delivery that supports workspace and facilities needs. Monitor and manage facilities budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions that meet financial and operational targets. Supervise and develop facilities staff and regional managers, ensuring team performance aligns with corporate policies and goals. Education & Certifications Bachelor's Degree: Related field required (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered) Experience 8 or more years of facility management experience; previous project management experience; experience with budgeting, vendor and contract negotiation (minimum of 10 years) 6 or more years of experience in a supervisory/management role leading a project, process or team required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Advanced decision-making, planning, problem-solving and analytical skills. Possess good project management skills; adept at managing multiple, complex projects simultaneously. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment. Extensive knowledge of building construction, repair and maintenance. Experience in project management, budget management and strategy formulation. Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a professional corporate environment, adapting to changing priorities, deadlines and resource availability. Possess strong relationship/partnership building, leadership, staff development, consensus building, negotiation, strategic thinking, and written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate accountability, integrity, and maturity. Champion of excellence in customer service for both internal and external customers. Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
