What you'll do
Execution of various project management activities such as:
Application of new digital sales methods such as video communication
Organization of regular internal communication formats
Creation of high-quality presentations and social media postings
Develop industry and/or product expertise as a digital influencer for SAP
What you bring
Student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences (FH)
Preferred fields of study: With a focus on social media and web design, computer science and communication, business administration, business informatics, psychology, media design or related subjects
Computer skills: Experience with MS Office products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
Language skills: Fluent German and English skills are a must
Weekly office presence in Walldorf is mandatory
Others:
Initial experience with SAP internal systems is an advantage
Technical understanding and affinity, talent for IT solutions
Analytical skills and the ability to capture and process complex concepts
Basic knowledge of software sales is an advantage
Creation of conceptual presentations
Good communication and networking skills as well as teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and collaborate
Creativity, motivation and ability to work in a structured and independent way
Accountability and ability to drive topics open-minded and outcome-driven
Meet your team
We are looking for a motivated student (f/m/d) who would like to support our business by delivering high-quality presentations and bringing in and advancing own ideas to improve internal communication formats. Are you also looking forward to working creatively and being part of a highly professional business software sales team? It is a unique opportunity to work with the office of the Head of HCM MEE to learn and navigate the digital world to support diverse project management and administrative tasks such as supporting regular internal communication formats and creating communication drafts.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
