We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a detail-oriented Digital Product Owner in Wallingford, Connecticut. As a Digital Product Owner, you will be instrumental in driving digital and analytic strategies, developing transformative roadmaps, and leading mobile platform projects. This role involves a high level of collaboration with various business lines and IT to design best-in-class client experiences and establish key results and KPIs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with CIO, Executive Team, and other stakeholders to develop a strategic vision for digital, mobile, and analytics

• Drive the adoption and execution success of the digital and analytic strategy

• Develop and implement detailed project plans for new products and integrations on the mobile platform

• Lead the design of channel functionality to create best-in-class client experiences

• Identify potential partnerships and vendors to expedite digital transformation

• Establish an agile operating model to swiftly address business needs and embed analytics into all operational and strategic processes

• Oversee the development and enhancement of internal dashboards and business applications

• Provide guidance to team members on issue resolution and task completion

• Ensure compliance and anticipate system and network risks

• Utilize skills in Android Development, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Atlassian Jira, Bug Tracking, Cloud Technologies, About Time, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Backlog Grooming, and Communication.

Requirements • Proficiency in Android Development, with a deep understanding of Android platform capabilities and limitations

• Knowledge and experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications, demonstrating an understanding of its practical use in digital product development

• Expertise in Atlassian Jira for project management, showcasing the ability to manage workflows, tasks, and teams effectively

• Demonstrated experience in Bug Tracking, ensuring the identification, recording, and resolution of software bugs promptly

• Thorough understanding of Cloud Technologies, with practical experience in deploying and managing digital products on the cloud

• Familiarity with About Time software, showcasing the ability to manage resources and time effectively

• Experience with AB Testing, demonstrating a data-driven approach to product development and improvement

• Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies, with experience in leading scrum teams and managing sprints

• Experience in Backlog Grooming, ensuring the prioritization and readiness of tasks for upcoming sprints

• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively coordinate with team members and stakeholders, and to articulate product vision and strategy. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
