Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a CBORD Administrator in Waltham, Massachusetts. The successful individual will be a critical part of our team, managing our campus card system and ensuring uninterrupted service for dining, housing, and other campus amenities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain various software systems including CBORD Odyssey PCS, GET Application, Micros POS 3700, and Symphony.

• Develop, execute, and analyze reports to monitor meal plans, transactions, and other significant data.

• Construct, manage, and troubleshoot meal plans for students and faculty members.

• Address issues related to dining registers in collaboration with the ITS team and Housing department.

• Proactively monitor error logs and address arising issues.

• Contribute to the implementation of a new Micros POS system, including data verification and testing.

• Offer technical support and training to CBORD system users.

• Utilize skills in Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Cloud Technologies, Dell Technologies, Firewall Technologies, Active Directory, Backup Technologies, Cluster Analysis, Computer Hardware, and MICROS. Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CBORD Administrator or in a similar role

• Proficiency in Cisco Technologies

• Strong understanding of Computer Hardware

• Proficiency in MICROS
