The curriculum development team supports customers and partners in getting up-to-speed on each new release of the Pega Platform, quickly. We trust each other’s diverse expertise, support one another’s professional goals, and work together with technical experts and each other to create impactful and engaging learning experiences for internal and external learners.

In collaboration with the team, you will engage in the use of Generative AI tools to design and write scenario-based text, screen-recorded videos, and interactive online content for citizen developers and technical team members, so that they can earn Pega certifications.

What You'll Do at Pega:

You will work on a critical new media library capability that is leveraged by our Socratic learning approach using GenAI, and our other learning solutions such as documentation. This project will be highly involved with our GenAI innovation team and will have wide exposure to all Pega Learning functions that use these tools.

Additionally, each day you will:

  • Gain deeper expertise of Pega Platform so that you can share new features and best practice tips with online learners.

  • Develop and update content, images, practice activities, knowledge checks, and interactive learning experiences to enable learners on the Pega Platform.

  • Analyze most effective lesson update approach

  • Engage with the tools and processes used to develop curriculums

  • Triage, research and validate bug and enhancement requests to existing curriculum and media

Qualifications include:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in related field

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and Outlook, (no prior experience required in publication tools)

What You've Accomplished:

  • Whether from a degree, a bootcamp, or a personal passion, you know your way around code and pick up new frameworks quickly.

  • You’re a natural born teacher. If you haven’t formally taught, you always found yourself tutoring your peers or coaching teams.

  • You have strong written and verbal English communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate and clearly present technical information to others.

  • You have experience or interest in prompt engineering.

  • You have experience in video production from screen recordings, testimonial videos, or explainer videos.

  • System Architect Certification (optional during internship, required if joining Pegasystems within four months).
