ManpowerGroup Warranty/Claims Data Analyst in Warren, Michigan
Job title: Warranty/Claims Data Analyst
Location: Hybrid In Warren MI 48093
Duration: 12 months Contract with potential to convert to FTE
Pay Range: $26-$29/hr.
Shift Timings: Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM. (M&F remote – T/W/Th on site)
Summary:
The main function of a Data Analyst is to coordinate changes to computer databases, test, and implement the database applying knowledge of database management systems.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
• 0-2 years applicable experience required
• Experience with database technologies
• Knowledge of the ETL process
• Knowledge of at least one scripting language
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Demonstrated history of success
• Desire to be working with data and helping businesses make better data driven decisions
Top 3 must-have hard skills - Level of experience with each - Stack-ranked by importance:
Perform daily updates to the Labor Information System (GMLID)
Work with the Dealer Business Center (DBC) to resolve warranty claim rejects
Self-Starter who still can work well with a team
Ability to work off hours to support Global Business Partners as required
Continuous improvement experience desired
Identify process improvement and waste reduction areas
Global Focus
Help manage the implementation of all change requests and enhancements to the Global Warranty Management System (GWM)
Managed the sustainability of GWM system
Raise/track/escalate IT tickets to correct identified issues, or implement enhancements
Performs other related duties and assignments as required
Self Starter
Perform daily updates to the Labor Information System (GMLID)
Work with the Dealer Business Center (DBC) to resolve warranty claim rejects
Maintain Tables/Data in SAP
Work with SAP to resolve dealer claim rejections
Create and Analyse Reject Report to Identify areas that need GMLID update
Work with the Labor Time Activity Group to resolve labor time guide (LTG) issues
Raise/track/escalate IT tickets to correct identified issues, or implement enhancements
Performs other related duties and assignments as required
