Haleon US TSM Support Analyst in Warren, New Jersey

In the US market, we made a significant step forward in 2023 by deploying the SAP CBP functionality for Customer Based Planning and upgrading analytics for sales forecasting and promotional evaluation (also known as TIM). In 2025, we aim to continue this journey by driving adoption and value, improving process efficiencies, reducing data errors, and removing system defects impacting the user experience across all TIM users in the US market.

As the TSM Business Support Analyst , you will use your technical ability, business acumen, and communication skills to aid in achieving our organizational goals. Your daily role will involve understanding key business challenges, providing prompt solutions, and offering actionable recommendations. This position requires first-line support for TIM-related concerns and assisting the NRM Director with the daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring and analysis of TIM initiatives across various commercial teams. Furthermore, you will be instrumental in maintaining the efficient functioning of TIM and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing first-line support for TIM-related issues.

  • Collaborating with the NRM Director and senior stakeholders.

  • Educating and training users on TIM deliverables and updates.

  • Developing and maintaining end-user documentation.

  • Identifying and implementing improvements to the TIM application.

  • Conducting thorough testing of new deliverables.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or Finance.

  • 3+ years' experience in the Consumer Goods industry.

  • Experience with Sales systems, Trade strategies, and working with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.

  • Effective communication, presentation, and training skills.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.

  • Experience with SAP TPM/CRM or Siebel/CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • 3+ years of SAP TPM/CRM (preferred) or Siebel/CRM software experience.

  • Experience working on change management/business transformation projects.

  • Experience with cross functional/matrix working.

  • Knowledge of NRM and Trade Investment management strategies and commercial practices.

  • Previous Consumer Healthcare OTC experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to positively influence cross-functional teams including Global markets.

  • Demonstrated ability to work across various departments, working with department leaders and ability to obtain key stakeholder support.

  • Demonstrated leadership qualities consistent with Haleon values and mission.

The salary range for this role is: $96,277 - $132,381 plus a 12% annual target bonus .
