Under direct supervision, maintain title records and provides clerical assistance by performing the following duties: Scans previous day evidence from Deputy Clerks and places in files the titles issued.  Scans all junk titles, Scans voids from weekly report,  Conducts title searches for customers, Prints weekly Mobile Home evidence for County Auditor Collects mail from each department of the Clerk Courts office,  Applies postage for each mail piece,  Coordinates book mail for delivery to Post office for entire Clerk's office Verifies and distributes all title work processed from casual sales and dealer sales, when necessary Answers phone calls from general public, attorneys and car dealers, coveys messages and transfers calls to appropriate employee.
