Maintenance Mechanic, Weekend Shift, Friday- Sunday   6:00AM- 6:30PM

Pay range for this position is $27.00 to $28.50

Responsibilities:? 

Essential Job Functions:? 

• Maintains the safe, efficient, and proper operations of a variety of the distribution center equipment and systems.?

``` - Troubleshooting and repair of any / all equipment related to operations and facility maintenance, i.e., conveyor systems, MHE, HVAC systems, air compressors, dock equipment, plumbing fixtures, etc.?

``` - Constructs, installs repair, and maintains equipment.?

``` - Independently and as directed, completes tests, inspections, troubleshooting and repairs.? 

```{=html}

``` - Reads and understands basic blueprints.? 

```{=html}

``` - Basic understanding of carpentry and mechanics (including hydraulics and pneumatics).? 

```{=html}

``` - Completes and maintains maintenance related logs, documentation related to maintenance actions, parts usage, etc.? 

```{=html}

``` - Performs light fabrication as needed.? 

```{=html}

``` - Other duties as assigned.? 

Minimum Requirements:? 

• Minimum of three years' experience in a maintenance environment with proven knowledge and proficiency.?

``` - Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and welding.? 

```{=html}

``` - Effective and clear verbal and written communication skills.? 

```{=html}

``` - Familiar with OSHA / NFPA standards.? 

```{=html}

``` - Must be able to operate all shop equipment and hand tools.? 

```{=html}

``` - Always maintains safe work practices including wearing PPE, using LOTO and following ARC Flash requirements.? 

```{=html}

``` - Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. constantly and up to 75 lbs. as needed.? 

```{=html}

``` - Must be comfortable working heights as needed.? 

```{=html}

``` - Ability to stand the duration of shift and work in outside climates.? 

```{=html}

``` - Ability to work in a team environment.? 

```{=html}

``` - Initiative to take on tasks above and beyond their role.? 

```{=html}

``` - Familiar with the operation of computers and tablets.?
