Customer advisor with Swedish for TV streaming provider

Job Description

Job description:

  • Provide assistance via phone, email or chat

  • Deliver technical support for the streaming company,

  • Address contract and billing inquiries thoroughly and efficiently,

  • Handle and process customer complaints with empathy and professionalism,

  • Serve B2B and B2C clients on inbound calls as first and second line support,

  • Deal with outbound calls for administrative tasks eg. gathering feedbacks or late payment calls and similar.

Requirements:

  • Service-oriented thinking with focus on customer experience

  • Fluency in Swedish (C1 level), and English written and verbal (B2),

  • Administrative and technical knowledge,

  • Outstanding communication skills and good listener,

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service,

  • Willingness to perform soft selling and upselling,

  • Availability to work 5 days out of 7 with 8.5 hours long shifts per day (including breaks), between: Mon-Fri 8:00-20:00 and weekends between 10:00-20:00.
