Google Executive Business Partner, Large Customer Sales in Warsaw, Poland

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g.,travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, lead briefings documents and follow-up actions for meetings with internal or external stakeholders, etc).

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience working in direct executive support.

  • Experience in calendar management over international time zones, complex and high volume travel scheduling and booking, and efficient in budgeting of events.

  • Experience in handling multiple projects separately.

  • Ability to manage projects and to further support the organization.

  • Ability to navigate a complex environment to collaborate and effectively communicate across a diverse range of people and job functions.

You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.

  • Manage all of the administrative tasks (e.g calendar management, travel scheduling, Executive expense management, event and budget management).

  • Lead the administrative business partner team across various regions.

  • Establish trust and partnership with cross-functional teams and senior executives of the organization. Make decisions in complex, ambiguous or time sensitive situations.

  • Identify and understand business and their needs for various processes or operational improvements.

  • Maintain confidentiality and exhibit the highest standards to executives and in internal systems and policies.
