Stryker HR Administration Intern in Warsaw, Poland

Key Responsibilities:
HR services for employees - preparation of contracts, annexes, certificates, employment certificates and other documents related to employment and remuneration
Maintaining of personal files of employees
Support processing payroll
Providing support for employee-administration matters and assisting the team every step of the way
Staying updated on the latest law regulations and ensuring everyone is well-informed
Requirements:
University Student interested in the area of Human Resources
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
Fluent Polish
Good communication skills in English
Good organizational and time management skills
Eagerness to gain practical experience in the HR field
What We Offer:
12 months internship program

Flexible working hours min. 20 hours a week
Remuneration: hourly rate: 30.50 PLN/h
