What You’ll Do:
Monitor and analyze local HSE performance, identifying initiatives for continuous improvement that align with the supply chain and growth strategy.
Implement the Health, Safety, and Environmental strategy to ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant working environment while promoting best practices.
Establish collaborative partnerships within the supply chain to achieve consistency in best practices and drive continual improvement through well-defined quality principles.
Develop and adopt the local HSE strategy in alignment with the Group’s policies, ensuring coordination with regional leadership.
Serve as the appointed competent specialist for Health, Safety, and Environmental management within the local business.
Maintain relationships with enforcement agencies and audit bodies to mitigate risks and enhance HSE performance.
Develop and manage the local HSE business plan, ensuring it aligns with the Group's strategic HSE plan and long-term resource allocation.
Provide day-to-day HSE support and guidance to the operational team, ensuring clarity in risk management expectations.
Lead and support HSE training initiatives, establishing HSE Champions to foster a positive safety culture and uphold high standards.
Ensure compliance with local legislation, conduct audits to maintain adherence to policies, and facilitate effective business communication regarding QHSE matters.
What You’ll Need:
Relevant HSE certification or educational background.
2-3 years of experience in a similar role (experience in both office and industrial premises would be an asset).
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Fluency in Polish, both spoken and written.
Willingness to travel throughout Poland.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365.
Experience in developing and implementing Risk Management strategies and policies that align with organizational goals.
Ability to conduct Best Value analysis of HSE resource support and monitor management system performance for continuous improvement.
Experience leading accident and hazard investigations, analyzing findings to drive enhancements in safety and compliance.
Proven ability to design and deliver HSE training programs, leveraging experience in industrial environments to enhance team capabilities.
