What You’ll do:
Generate and implement efficient sourcing and category management strategies
Invent negotiation strategies and secure profitable deals;
Perform cost and scenario analysis, including benchmarking for selected categories
Drive through supply chain improvement, creating savings opportunities and model optimizations
Ensuring supply chain contractual compliance and adherence to Procurement Policy;
Savings tracker updates
Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain contracts and other business documents in support of the purchase of goods and services.
Review the process of contract terminations, expirations, extensions, and renewals. Inform peers and corporate management staff of changes or results.
Manage supplier performance process.
Analyze account-wide Facility Management services spend, suppliers, operations, and statement of works to identify opportunities for value creation.
Running RFPs, selecting solutions, and negotiating. Prepare and maintain contracts with service providers. Ensure contracts adhere to company standards.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement. Deal with sensitive issues.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.
What You’ll need:
Fluent Polish and English in speaking and writing is a must;
Bachelor's Degree preferably in economic studies;
At least four years of relevant experience within a Sourcing Function with understanding of
systems and procurement process on a high level - key Service Lines include Facility Management typical services like Technical Services, Security, Cleaning, Office Supplies
Influencing skills to motivate stakeholder propensity to change, trigger efficiency, and effectiveness of provided business model.
Excellent communication skills including assertiveness
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Advanced analitical skills. Ability to work on vast data sources .
Ability to work flexibly with minimum supervision.
