Stryker Project Manager, Engineering Services (Cost Savings), Global Capability Centre in Warsaw, Poland
What you will do:
• Maintaining appropriate program documentation (e.g. charter, roadmap, benefits map) to meet business goals and program objectives.
• Contributing to program budget and coordinate project team assembly, resource allocation, and scheduling.
• Communicating across divisions, functions, 3rd party vendors, consulting partners, project teams, and stakeholders depending on program needs.
• Identify and address program risks.
• Monitor project costs, schedules, and performance, ensuring successful business outcomes.
• Responsible for managing 4+ projects with global scope of Program.
• Align stakeholder expectations with project goals.
• Lead the identification, assessment, monitoring and closure of project risks throughout the program lifecycle.
• Supports changes to the program’s project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques in order to keep the project plan accurate, updated, and reflective of authorized changes to facilitate customer acceptance.
• Monitors the progress of the project, identify and quantify any variances, perform any required corrective actions, and communicate to all stakeholders.
• Supports on defining and reaching agreement from Key Stakeholders and Sponsor on Project main milestones, project plan, resource allocation, budget.
• Reports on project budgets in association with key stakeholders.
• Drive communication platforms and Governance Structure for each project or program
• Provide status updates on strategic initiatives and address project challenges.
What you need:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with 1+ years in project management
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong presentation skills, able to engage diverse audiences via various platforms (presentations, video calls).
• Ability to challenge the status quo and drive a continuous improvement culture.
• Proficient in designing effective visual presentations.
• Solid knowledge of project management principles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in a global team.
• Basic knowledge of quality processes (CAPA, Audits).
• Familiarity with Lean methodologies preferred.
• Project Management Certification preferred.
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and Office.
• Up to 40% travel required.
