Purchasing Manager

As aPurchasing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the teams of Purchasing Specialists and Planning Specialists. You will be managing the company's purchasing and production planning processes. Your primary objective will be to ensure the effective operation of the purchasing and planning processes, cost optimization, and maintenance of high-quality standards.

What you will do:

• Supervise the daily activities of Procurement Specialists and Production Planning Specialists, providing support, development, and motivation for the team.

• Develop and implement strategies aligned with the company's goals and budgetary requirements.

• Conduct negotiations with suppliers, establish favorable terms and conditions in contracts.

• Continuously improve processes, identify opportunities for enhancement, and implement effective solutions.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the procurement process, prepare reports, and analysis.

• Identify and resolve issues related to deliveries, material quality, or order timeliness.

  Requirements:

• Experience in a managerial position in the procurement department, preferably in the machinery assembly or other technical industry.

• Experience in production planning would be an additional advantage.

• Knowledge of procurement tools and processes, including ERP systems (preferably SAP).

• Readiness to work from our current location at 39 Farbiarska Street in Warsaw till the 2nd quarter of 2025, when we are opening our new facility at 105 Katowicka Avenue in Kajetany

• Higher education (preferably in management, logistics, or economics).

• Very good command of English language.
