Citigroup Sanctions Operations RFI Manager in Warsaw, Poland
This manager role will be responsible for overseeing Sanctions Level 2 Investigations (RFI) in TTS Payments and Receivables business in Warsaw. This specific role will be also responsible for managing teams' work, close cooperation with ICRM, implementing internal process improvements and involvement in Sanction Screening Hub’s projects.
Responsibilities:
Observe and analyze current SSH operational trends and suggest solutions in terms of process efficiency and quality improvement
Manage teams' work to meet cut off times, policy requirements and business needs
Work in partnership with ICRM, technology, and client operations teams to prototype innovative solutions
Propose and implement solutions that will increase operating efficiency and lead to an improved client experience and reduction of overtime
Ensure requirements are clearly stated and that business and client needs are met throughout development
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
Providing Sanctions support to various businesses within and outside Sanctions Screening Hub
Qualifications:
3-4 years of experience in a related role to Sanctions Screening / Operations / Client Services and management
Effective verbal and written skills (C1 English level and above)
Effective communication skills
Ability to work under time pressure
Strong analytical skills, data analysis
Organizational skills, ability to solve problems
Intermediate to high knowledge of excel (macro, power query, data analysis, data visualization) and presentation preparation
Proven experience in creating and implementing processes that result in improved business performance
