Your role and responsibilities

As a Partner Technical Specialist, you will leverage deep expertise in IBM Maximo for asset management and Envzi for ESG to help partners transform their operations. You’ll collaborate with clients and partners to design, co-create, and implement solutions that deliver improved asset performance, sustainability, and compliance with ESG regulations.

• Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders in partner organizations, acting as a strategic consultant on asset management and ESG solutions.

• Drive partner success by helping them position Maximo and Envzi solutions to meet customer needs, particularly in industries such as manufacturing, utilities, energy, and transportation.

Post-Sale Technical Adoption:

• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers (CSM) and internal teams to ensure the successful deployment and adoption of Maximo and Envzi solutions, guiding partners through the post-sale phase.

• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and guidance to ensure that partners maximize the value of their asset management and ESG solutions.

• Maximo in managing assets and Envzi in automating ESG reporting and compliance.

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build the technical capacity of partners, ensuring they can deploy and manage Maximo and Envzi solutions effectively.

Required technical and professional expertise

Experience with Asset Management & ESG Technologies:

• Strong understanding of IBM Maximo for Asset Management, including modules for asset lifecycle, maintenance, IoT integration, and predictive analytics.

• Expertise in Envzi or other ESG-focused platforms for automating and reporting on environmental, social, and governance metrics, including sustainability, compliance, and corporate social responsibility (CSR).

Consultative Sales & Solution Design:

• Proven experience in consultative sales or pre-sales roles, focusing on asset management or ESG solutions.

• Experience working with partners to architect solutions that address both operational needs (asset management) and regulatory/compliance needs (ESG).

Industry & Regulatory Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of industries where asset management and ESG play a key role, including manufacturing, energy, utilities, and transportation.

• Familiarity with ESG reporting standards, frameworks (e.g., GRI, TCFD), and regulations affecting companies' sustainability efforts.
