Premier Management Group, LLC Operations Manager in Warwick, Rhode Island

[Full job description Come join A Rhode Island-based group of restaurants operated by a family-owned business. We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to work primarily with Burrillville Diner, and Juliana's Italian Bakery as well as with Campanellas Restaurant and Caffe Itri.

This role reports to the Director of Operations The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience as Operations Manager in the food service industry.

  • Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurants daily operations.
  • Maintain operations by preparing policies and standard operating procedures; implementing production, productivity, quality, and patron-service standards; determining and implementing system improvements.
  • Maintain patron satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food, beverage, and service offerings; initiating improvements; building relationships with preferred patrons.
  • Maintain safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complying with health and legal regulations; maintaining security systems.
  • Accomplish company goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to restaurant accomplishments.

Background and Qualifications

  • Desire to learn, grow and build your restaurant management career.
  • At least 3-5 years experience in high volume Restaurant General Management.
  • Excellent service skills and guest service orientation
  • Strong attention to detail a must
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks with an appropriate sense of urgency in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to absorb and retain information quickly
  • Proven problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to build strong teams and a collaborative environment
  • Must possess strong leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage staff (at all levels)
  • High personal integrity, professionalism and maturity
  • Excellent math, reading, writing and communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer and automation skills (POS / Word / Excel experience with TOAST would be a value add.
