Akima Administrative Assistant (Must have Active Top Secret Clearance) in Washington, District Of Columbia
Suvi is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Washington, DC.
Responsibilities
Interfacing with customers to coordinate meetings, maintain equipment logs, records and files, provide end user support and perform general administrative duties.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications, serving as the initial point of contact for inquiries and directing them as needed.
Perform additional tasks and special projects as assigned by management, adapting to the changing needs of the office to provide comprehensive support.
Qualifications
Must have active Top Secret clearance.
Must have minimum 1 year of demonstrated experience in a customer service-based field.
Must be punctual, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
Must be proficient in interacting with multiple levels of personnel within an organization.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office with strong background and demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel.
