As a Full Stack Cloud Application AWS Developer, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative, scalable, and secure distributed systems using cloud technologies. Collaborate with digital leaders and technical experts to deliver world-class solutions that drive growth and build capabilities.

Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen or Permanent Resident with ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Rate: $75 - $85 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and digital teams to support technical challenges and build innovative solution prototypes.

  • Engage in solutions architecture and hands-on engineering of scalable and secure distributed systems.

  • Design, build, test, and deploy high-value software products on the AWS cloud platform.

  • Support cloud migrations, including rehost, re-platform, and re-architect of on-premises systems.

  • Develop software product prototypes to validate technical strategies and communicate design alternatives.

  • Implement frontend and backend services for cloud-native software products.

Experience Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in full-stack application development

  • 3+ years of experience with cloud applications development on AWS

  • In-depth understanding of Agile and Scaled Agile practices

  • Frontend and backend services (e.g., VueJS, JavaScript, Python, Django, Flask)

  • Containerization and microservices (e.g., Docker, EKS/Kubernetes)

  • AWS services (e.g., AWS Lambda, AWS API Gateway, AWS Step Functions)

  • Database technologies (e.g., Amazon RDS for Postgres, MongoDB)

  • CI/CD pipeline tooling

  • DevSecOps practices

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

  • AWS Certified Developer – Amazon Web Services (preferred)

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Amazon Web Services (preferred)

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
