Responsibilities:

• Manage and process payroll using ADP Workforce for a 350-employee organization.
• Oversee employee benefits administration, including enrollment and troubleshooting.
• Support recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and onboarding new hires.
• Maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company regulations.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations issues, fostering a positive workplace environment.
• Coordinate training and development programs to support organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically using ADP Workforce.
• Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
