Summary This position is located in the Department of Technology Services (DTS), Systems Development and Support Office (SDSO), Cloud Application Division (CAD), Cloud Services Branch (CSB) in Washington, DC. Responsibilities The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AO) provides diverse management, legal, technology, legislative, financial, and program support services to the federal Judiciary. The incumbent of this position will serve as a full-time, on-site Full Stack Office 365 Engineer based in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area. We seek an accomplished professional with a wealth of experience in operating, maintaining, and adopting Microsoft's cloud solutions. Your expertise will encompass a comprehensive range of responsibilities. Your proficiency extends to process and business automation, supported by your adeptness in PowerShell scripting and the Power Platform to help optimize our technology stack. Your experience will shine through your familiarity with Azure subscription and asset management. Duties of the position include, but are not limited to: Designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Office 365 solutions, systems, and infrastructure. Guiding support and maintenance of the Office 365 ecosystem both from the end-user's context and the overall management perspective. Creating strategies to help the organization adopt Microsoft's evergreen ecosystem. Establishing robust security protocols encompassing vital areas like Azure identity and infrastructure, federation, cross-domain authentication, multifactor authentication, and cutting-edge remote access technologies. Working with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and provide reliable and comprehensive solutions. Qualifications Applicants must have demonstrated experience as listed below. This requirement is according to the AO Classification, Compensation, and Recruitment Systems which include interpretive guidance and reference to the OPM Operating Manual for Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions. Specialized Experience: Applicants must have at least one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience which is in or directly related to the line of work of this position. Specialized experience is a comprehensive knowledge of Office 365: SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Power Automate and Power Apps.
