Description

We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will manage both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), conduct Bank Reconciliations, and maintain the General Ledger. This position is focused on delivering high-quality financial services and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Regularly perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy

• Maintain and update the General Ledger as required

• Prepare Journal Entries and conduct Month End Close procedures

• Proficiency in using NetSuite, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications

• Maintain accurate customer credit records

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner

• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree

• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role

• Demonstrable experience with bank reconciliations

• Understanding of General Ledger management

• Familiarity with creating and managing Journal Entries

• Proven experience with Month End Close Procedures

• Knowledge of NetSuite software is desirable

• Experience with QuickBooks software is required

• Familiarity with SAP software is beneficial
