Insight Global TS/SCI Executive Administrative Assistant in Washington, District Of Columbia

Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for a TSSCI Executive Admin to sit out of Arlington, VA in support of a large government contract. The ideal candidate will have a background supporting high level DoD personal. Day to day responsibilities can include;

  Provide administrative support to a 2-star level directorate front office.

  Monitor Share Point access for directorate staff. This includes administering permissions, creating sub sites, and maintaining the organizational portals on SIPR and NIPR pages.

  Coordinate meetings in the front office to include booking the conference room, sending out calendar invites, preparing required hand-outs, coordinating Secure VTC or regular VTC when required, and monitoring the turn-out.

  Monitor and acquire required supplies for the front office.

  Prepare travel orders in the DTS for up to five (5) senior level staff. This includes: coordinating lodging and transportation arrangements; preparing read-ahead material for the traveler; coordinating clearances in JPAS prior to travel; making adjustment as needed; and, creating a voucher to close out the trip after travel is completed.

  Develop a visitor access roster, submit a request in the PFPA Visitor Access System, and make parking arrangements for guests visiting the organization prior to their arrival.

  Prepare itineraries for up to five senior level staffs and coordinate with external organizations and update/verify accuracy of the Alert Roster monthly.

  Assist with calendar maintenance for the Director (General Officer), the Deputy Director (SES) and the Sergeant Major (E9).

  Create and maintain a Continuity Book for this position that is easily accessible to the other staff in the office area.

  Coordinate all classified and unclassified teleconference sessions, room scheduling for conferences.

  Maintain contact lists, and disseminate notifications, agendas, read-ahead packages for meetings and conferences.

  Daily track all Tasker actions (ETMS2) in the executive staff queue for action from Army, Joint, ECC and Congressional actions/tasks group.

  Prepare next day read book print outs from both SIPR and NIPR for GO/SES meetings/engagements.

$40/hr to $60/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

· Active TSSCI

 · Bachelors degree and 4 years of experience in an administrative role

 · Experience supporting high level military personal

Strong experience using MS products and government internal tools null
