Job Description

You will be responsible for MIG welding steel components to produce portable traffic signals. The role involves reading blueprints and welding pieces to create structures. While the primary focus is on MIG welding, you may occasionally operate fabrication equipment such as CNC machines and press brakes. The job offers variety as you work on different product lines, requiring you to adapt to different blueprints and customer needs.

Work Environment

1st shift - 7am to 3:30 pm. Occasional Saturdays may be required due to high workload, but the company prioritizes work-life balance.

Dress code includes steel-toed boots, jeans, t-shirt, and welding gloves.

The team consists of about 30 employees, and the company is expanding with a new building.
