Inland Hospital d/b/a Northern Light Inland Hospital has an open position for a Pediatric Primary Care Provider in Waterville, ME. Provide care to children, while also advising childrens caretakers on health assessments and treatment plans. Conduct routine checkups, health- risk assessments, immunization and screening tests, prescribe necessary medications, and provide personalized counseling on the unique healthcare needs of young patients. Manage chronic illnesses, which include referring patients to subspecialists. Serve as a key entry point into the healthcare system and establish an ongoing relationship with patients as they grow through infancy, childhood and adolescence. Supervise one (1) medical assistant. Doctor of Medicine Degree, Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine or foreign degree equivalent; 36-month residency in pediatrics or related; and Maine Medical License or eligible.
