Job Title: Line Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated line lead to plan, organize, and recommend strategies to ensure successful product development. This role involves supervising teams involved in operations and product development, overseeing all processing operations and workforce performance, and ensuring efficiency and timeliness in all aspects of production. The Production Lead supports daily operations of production and manufacturing facilities, provides leadership, and manages work teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Monitor manufacturing and packaging procedures.

• Supervise the daily activities of a production area.

• Ensure that volume, cost, waste, and quality standards are achieved.

• Coordinate work schedules, staffing requirements, and production sequences to maximize productivity.

• Set and achieve daily production goals.

Essential Skills
