Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Nurse for our PM and Day Shifts to support our growing team in the Day Surgery unit. You\'ll play a crucial role in providing care throughout the entire surgical process, from pre-op to post-anesthesia recovery, ensuring our patients receive the highest quality of care. Shift Schedule: 9-Hour Shifts: Work 4 days per week. Shift Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM or 11:00 AM - 8:30 PM. Primarily PM Shifts: Please note that most shifts will be in the afternoon (PM), with the potential for more Day shifts to become available in the future. Flexible Fridays: Only work every other Friday! Your Role as a Day Surgery RN As part of our Surgical Services Team, you will: Provide Comprehensive Patient Care: Assist in all perioperative phases-pre-op, intra-op, and recovery-ensuring patients are well-prepared, comfortable, and informed. Administer & Monitor Treatment: Work closely with surgeons, anesthetists, and other healthcare professionals to provide safe and effective perioperative care. Ensure a Seamless Surgical Experience: Use your strong assessment and critical thinking skills to anticipate needs and respond to changes in the patient\'s condition quickly.
