JOB REQUIREMENTS: REQ NOTES: The pay will range anywhere from ***-45.00 an hour, depending on experience. Job Title: Engineer I What You ll Do: As an Engineer I, you will be an integral part of the engineering team, supporting various projects and initiatives to drive innovation and solve technical challenges. You will collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement engineering solutions. Functions: Assist in the design and development of engineering solutions, products, or systems under the guidance of senior engineers. Conduct research and analysis to support engineering projects, including data collection, literature reviews, and feasibility studies. Assist in the preparation of engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. Participate in prototype development, testing, and validation activities, documenting results and observations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, define project objectives, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards. Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and implementing corrective actions as needed. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in engineering technology, applying knowledge to improve processes and methodologies. Required Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Engineering or related field. 1-3 years of experience in engineering or a related field (entry-level position). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., CAD, MATLAB, LabVIEW). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Preferred Skills: Internship or co-op experience in engineering. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards. Experience with project management tools and methodologies. Certification or training in relevant engineering disciplines. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques.
