Call Center Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our customers and their clients on a day to day basis. The candidate will be able to be the go between for clients and handle all of their issues and requests making sure that customer service and satisfaction is their top priority.
Responsiblilites
Answer large amount on inbound calls in a timely manner
Follow clients communication scripts effectively
Identify customer needs and efficiently pass on communications to our clients
Skills
Must be able to type 30 words per minute or more with little or no mistakes
Previous call center experience a plus but not required
Able to handle possible stressful situations with kindness and understanding
Must be flexible in regards to work days
High School Diploma or GED
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
