Role Description Are you ready to lead a team driving operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're seeking a dynamic Industrial Engineering Manager to spearhead the design and implementation of cutting-edge factory layouts and material flow systems that reduce waste, increase throughput, and enhance overall productivity. In this pivotal role, you'll manage a team of talented engineers, guiding them through complex challenges and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You'll have the opportunity to lead transformative projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery while championing lean manufacturing principles that streamline operations and boost efficiency. As a cross-functional leader, you'll collaborate with key departments-production, maintenance, supply chain-to tackle bottlenecks and optimize factory performance. Factory layout & Material flow : design , develop and implement factory layout and material system & equipment to meet operational excellence, reduce waste, and increase throughput.

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of industrial engineers and other technical staff. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.

Project Management: Lead engineering projects from conception through implementation, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
