Role Description This important role will manage the growing portfolio of Manufacturing Programs and a team of Technical Program Managers. This group will enable the development and production ramping of our novel iron air batteries. We are looking for an experienced manager of program teams to help shape how we think, develop and execute on all things manufacturing at Form Energy from pilot builds to mass manufacturing. This role will sit in our Pennsylvania location with travel as needed.

This opportunity is based out of Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV. Relocation assistance is available. What you'll do:

Lead a team of technical program managers with a focus on team development, growth and continuous improvement

Translate top down strategy to chart clear manufacturing project milestones, account for necessary resources, and define deliverables

Establish program management principles for manufacturing engineering and how they connect to our product development process

Generate manufacturing development schedules and execution plans indicating critical path and key decision milestones

Prepare and lead cross-functional reviews to escalate issues and enable program execution

Facilitate communication and cross functional alignment within the Manufacturing Development organization and with other Form Energy teams What you'll bring:

BS or MS degree in an engineering or management discipline

2+ years experience as a people manager

8+ years of experience in equipment design, manufacturing operations, engineering, and/or program management

Understanding of high-volume manufacturing processes, operations management, and supply chain management

Excellent planning, collaboration, and facilitation skills to manage complex cross-functional projects and take ambiguous assignments to completion
