Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support one of our largest addiction and behavioral health treatment clients in Pennsylvania. We are seeking an individual to implement nursing care to patients in the medical unit and in the residential/extended care treatment programs

Responsibilities include:

· Report pertinent observations in regard to individual patient care needs and make suggestions to the treatment plan with oversight from the RN.

· Prepare patients for examination following proper protocols

· Serve as a resource to treatment team members

· Administer and monitor the effects of medications and conduct accurate med counts

· Schedule all patient appointments related to their medical treatment

· Monitor and/perform diagnostic screening tests ordered by the physician

· Attend all mandatory trainings/meetings identified by the client.

Skills and Requirements

· License as an LPN in Pennsylvania

· 1-2 years of experience working as an LPN

· CPR/ First Aid Certification

· Driver's License null
