Description

We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a PO Specialist located in West Chester, Ohio. As a PO Specialist, you will be tasked with managing purchase orders, coordinating with operations teams, vendors, and overseeing unmatched invoices.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate input of purchase order requests into the ERP system

• Manage and finalize incomplete purchase orders

• Handle requests from operations team and vendors

• Resolve issues regarding invoices not matched to the purchase order

• Uphold company policies and strategies evenly across all tasks and assignments

• Provide consistent support to coworkers and suppliers, ensuring a positive presence

• Assist in optimizing GL coding

• Oversee adherence to policies by reviewing purchase orders and tracking non-compliant purchases

• Present information effectively to other teams within the organization

• Collaborate closely with payables, suppliers, and operations teams to enhance process improvement

• Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements • Proficiency in handling Purchase Orders is a must.

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel is required.

• Significant experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary.

• Ability to accurately enter Vendor Invoices is essential.
