Job Title: CNC Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves working closely with maintenance technicians to ensure that CNC machines are properly functional. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between engineers and technicians, maintain and identify problems with all visual items, and troubleshoot CNC machines.

Responsibilities

  • Work with maintenance technicians to ensure machines are properly functional.

  • Act as a liaison between engineers and technicians.

  • Maintain and identify problems of all visual items.

  • Perform CNC maintenance and troubleshooting, particularly on Dousan CNC machines.

  • Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on assigned equipment.

  • Assist other maintenance technicians.

  • Act as a leader to other technicians.

Essential Skills

  • Experience as a building engineer, maintenance mechanic, or facilities worker.

  • Strong skills in supervision and leadership.

  • Proficiency in Electrical, Troubleshooting, Maintenance, Hydraulics, Mechanical, and Pneumatics.

  • Ability to perform preventive maintenance and repairs.

  • Experience with blueprint reading and PLC troubleshooting.

  • Knowledge of welding and conveyor systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with facilities maintenance engineering and technician roles.

  • Industrial maintenance engineering skills.

  • Knowledge of installation and repair of conveyor systems.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Columbia, South Carolina.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $42.00/hr.
