We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a meticulous Human Resources (HR) Assistant in the Cleaning industry. Based in West Des Moines, Iowa, this role will require you to provide comprehensive support to our HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of all HR functions.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out auditing tasks, ensuring all HR-related activities adhere to regulatory standards.

• Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now systems for efficient management of HR tasks.

• Regularly engage with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode and Ceridian systems to streamline HR processes.

• Operate HRMS and About Time systems for HR-related tasks.

• Conduct background checks on potential employees to ensure compliance with company policies.

• Deliver excellent customer service, promptly addressing any HR-related inquiries from staff.

Requirements

Requirements:

• 1+ years in a customer service and/or administrative role

• Familiarity with Ceridian software is expected.

• Proficiency in HRMS is desirable.

• Auditing skills are a must-have.

• Experience in conducting Background Checks is preferred.

• Knowledge of Benefit Functions is essential.

• Excellent Customer Service skills are a must-have.
