Our client, a leading organization in the legal services industry, is seeking a Legal Documentation Admin to join their team. As a Legal Documentation Admin, you will be part of the Quality Assurance team supporting various legal documentation processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Legal Documentation Admin
Location: West Des Moines, IA - Fully Onsite
What's the Job?
Reviewing physical legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with state requirements.
Testing information before it is sent out to third-party legal partners.
Checking notarization on documents for validity.
Conducting judgment and complaint validations as needed.
Collaborating with team members to enhance quality assurance processes.
What's Needed?
1+ year of relevant professional experience in a legal or quality assurance role.
Knowledge of collection law is ideal.
Experience with litigation, specifically civil procedures.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
Paralegal certification is a nice to have.
