Manufacturing client in New Haven County is looking for an onsite Marketing Manager for their 2 person marketing team. Must have at least 3 years of Marketing experience. Design skills are highly preferred

Requirements • Candidate must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the Marketing industry

• Proficient in the use of Digital Marketing tools and strategies

• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaigns and formulate strategies

• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams to achieve common goals

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Knowledge of market research methods and analysis

• Demonstrable experience with building effective advertising campaigns

• Understanding of web design and knowledge of online marketing channels
