What you'll be doing...We are constantly innovating to bring the latest technologies to our customers and you can be part of this team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining America's largest and most reliable cellular network. As a Construction Manager in Wireless Small cell Deployment, you will lead a wide range of internal and external partners and vendors to lead all aspects of construction and maintenance for a regional network of cell site projects. Your vital role will ensure that these multi-stakeholder, complex projects are delivered on time, to specifications, and within budget.
Collaborating with partners to establish project designs, scope, deliverables and timelines.
Developing and maintaining detailed schedules for each project and actively running the scheduled tasks with outside vendors including major breakthroughs, action items, long lead purchases, and any other commitments that would impact the project timeline.
Analyzing implications of changes from the original schedule and taking required corrective actions to ensure the project stays on track.
What we're looking for...
You'll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience in managing projects and construction management experience.
Experience in budget tracking, cost estimation, and cost accounting of capital plans.
Knowledge of Small Cell Design & Construction Standards.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
A degree.
Samsung, DC plant design, and general construction knowledge
Knowledge of fiber installation and standards.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
