We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Dispatch Manager to oversee the daily dispatch operations of our client's team. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a keen eye for detail. As the Dispatch Manager, you will ensure efficient and timely coordination of our client's dispatch team, optimize routing, and maintain high levels of customer service. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred
3-5 years of experience in dispatch management, logistics, or fleet coordination
Understanding of dispatch software and GPS tracking systems
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Leadership and team management experience
Knowledge of transportation safety regulations and compliance standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day dispatch operations and manage a team of dispatchers
Develop efficient routing schedules for timely and cost-effective delivery or service
Coordinate with drivers, technicians, or service teams to ensure prompt arrival and job completion
Monitor real-time activities and respond to any issues or delays
Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, driver logs, and service reports
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Liaise with customers to communicate estimated arrival times, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction
Analyze dispatch data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
Train, mentor, and evaluate dispatch team members to ensure high performance
Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, logistics, and customer service, to enhance service quality
Handle emergency or last-minute scheduling changes effectively
