Florida Crystals is a leading domestic sugar producer and North America’s first fully integrated cane sugar company, guiding our sugar from farm to table. OVERVIEW

Sugar Farms Co-Op is searching for Welders with prior welding experience. Candidate must demonstrate ability to weld coupons to standards, know basic layout and welding math, knowledge of welding equipment and supplies, and be able to weld in different positions.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Welder A

• Minimum 3 years hands on experience.

• Completion of (1) Year as Welder A in the shop.

• Candidate must be able to work on his/her own with limited supervision.

• Candidate must pass a current A Grade Welding Test that demonstrates ability in:

• Acetylene & Electrode Welding.

• Advanced layout and cutting.

• Welding repair of Farm Machinery.

• Reading welding blueprints and welding math.

• Knowledge of welding equipment and supplies.

• Weld coupons to standards.

• Advanced use of welding tools.

• Weld in different positions.
