Overview

Kilgore, a Summit Material company, is looking to bring on a General Laborer in our Construction Division. In this position you will be responsible for supporting construction operations by performing work required as part of a the crew.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Knowledge of proper shoveling technique.
• Ability to work long hours.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices on plant and equipment using water hoses and shovels.
• General labor duties such as shoveling and sweeping.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues to ensure minimum cost and prevent operational delays.
• Cross train with other positions to maximize abilities within

Skills & Experience

• Previous construction experience required.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Valid drivers license is preferred.
