CH2M HILL BWXT West Valley, LLC (CHBWV) is the prime contractor selected by the U.S. Department of Energy to manage the Phase 1 Facility Disposition Project at the West Valley Demonstration Project. The site is a scenic 30-minute drive south of Buffalo, New York. In cooperation with the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority, CHBWV continues to decontaminate and decommission facilities at this site.

The Contract Administrator will monitor all activities related to meeting objectives on assigned contracts, act as a liaison between different departments, and ensure clarity and compliance with contract terms. Duties include but not limited to maintaining the conformed Prime Contract and Prime Contract Status Logs, assisting site personnel with interpretation of Prime Contract requirements, and Contract Deliverable reviews and Contract communications with Department of Energy Contracting Officer

Education/Experience: BA/BS in Business Administration, Engineering, or Management or an equivalent combination of education and experience directly related to occupation Minimum of two (2) years related progressive experience Licenses/Certifications: Certification by the National Contract Management Association preferred Preferred Qualifications: Excellent organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Experience in Department of Energy Contracting

Starting pay is negotiable depending on experience
