Description We are in search of an HR Specialist based in Westbrook, Connecticut. This role involves responsibilities in the Financial Services industry, with a focus on ADP Workforce Now and Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATS) systems. The position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for efficient HR management

• Implement ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for seamless transfer of information

• Utilize Ceridian and CRM for customer relationship management and data processing

• Use the 'About Time' software for effective time management

• Execute auditing duties to ensure compliance with regulatory standards

• Manage Benefit Functions and ensure they align with company policies

• Leverage excellent communication skills to handle internal and external communications

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies

• Use your skills in 'Communication' and 'Compliance' to maintain transparency and adhere to industry standards. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Experience using Ceridian and CRM

• Knowledge of About Time software

• Skills in auditing and benefit functions

• Exceptional communication abilities

• Strong understanding of compliance requirements

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred

• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service focus

• High level of confidentiality and discretion

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
